CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer service is predominately email based. Please allow 2/3 business days for your enquiry to be answered. Customer service is not available on weekends or public holidays.

PRICES AND
PAYMENT METHODS:
Prices are in Euros/Dollars and include VAT. Prices do not include shipping and handling costs.
The total amount is indicated in the order summary page, before final confirmation of the order.
This amount doesn’t include import taxes or other extra fees.

– Credit and Debit Card (All options provided by Shopify Payments)
All transactions are processed via secure server, guaranteeing data protection. All financial information such as credit card numbers, expiration dates etc, are not retained in any way by www.modestkini.nl.
Payments and Security
Credit Card Payments
www.modestkini.nl accepts the most important international credit cards (VISA – Mastercard – AMEX – Maestro) using Shopify Payments as the payment provider. All transactions are encripted by SSL security protocol in order to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data and credit card information.
PayPal Payments
You can pay for your order with your Paypal account as well, and you can use the Express Checkout service. Your account information (or your credit card details) are managed directly by PayPal and you will receive a confirmation email after the payment has been confirmed.
Alternative Payments
We provide as well alternative payments like Apple Pay and G-Pay, according to your shipping country and location.
Once you have completed the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing your Order Number and a summary of your purchases- Remember you can track your order status at any moment in time from the relative section in your profile.
